On how many IPs can I use your service?
We take privacy seriously. You can log into your member’s panel with 2 IPs. If, by any chance, you couldn’t log into your member’s panel, let us know through an email. You can only use our Dropbox folders with one PC.

What if I’m not satisfied with your service?
That is not something our members usually come across. But in case if you are not happy with our service, you can request a refund within 7 days after the purchase. We will not respond to any refund request made after 7 days to avoid scammers.
